This policy explains how and why AllSoon.ai uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. You can change your choices at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a site. Local storage (localStorage) and session storage are browser features used for similar purposes. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
2. Our approach
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies; that is why these categories are not shown in the cookie banner. If such a cookie is added, it will not run without your consent and this policy will be updated first.
- Cookies that are necessary for the site to work do not require consent. The others become persistent only with your consent.
- "Accept", "Reject" and "Customise" have equal prominence in the banner; rejecting does not prevent you from using the service.
- Interface components (fonts, icons, scripts) are loaded from our own server; no requests are made to third-party content delivery networks (CDNs).
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed to keep your session and security, and to remember the language and cookie choice you made. They cannot be switched off. Under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (as implemented in national law), storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested is exempt from the consent requirement; where personal data is involved, we rely on the performance of the contract and our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). The language cookie is written only when you press the language switch (or save a language in your profile), so it is part of a feature you have explicitly asked for.

4. Preference cookies (depend on your consent)
These remember your interface preferences (for example a collapsed sidebar, panel layout, the model you selected, office sound). If you do not consent, this information is kept only while the browser tab stays open and is deleted when the tab or browser is closed; if you consent, it is stored persistently. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time, and when you do, the saved preferences are deleted.

5. How to manage your choices
- On your first visit you can choose "Accept", "Reject" or "Customise" in the banner.
- To change your choice later, use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page (or the "Privacy and data rights" section of your profile page).
- If you are signed in, your choice is also saved to your account so that you are not asked again on another device.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if strictly necessary cookies are blocked, you will not be able to sign in.
