These terms set out the rules for your use of the AllSoon.ai service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

The party providing the Service (the "Company") is shown below. "User" means a person who registers for or uses the Service.
- Legal name
- [Company information not yet entered]

- [Company information not yet entered]
- Registry / tax number

- [Company information not yet entered]
2. Scope of the Service
AllSoon.ai is a platform that lets you create web projects and applications with the help of an AI assistant, host them, and manage them with features such as databases, backups, domains and notifications. The features and limits of the Service (for example the number of projects, resource usage) and the AI models used may change over time.
No payment is currently taken for the Service; usage is measured with credits assigned to your account. If paid plans are introduced, these terms and the related pre-contract information will be published beforehand.
3. Eligibility, account and security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information at sign-up and to protect your account and password. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, tell us without delay.
- One person may not open several accounts to gain credits or limits unfairly.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- host content or applications that are unlawful or that infringe the rights of others (intellectual property, personality rights, personal data);
- carry out phishing, distribute malware, send spam, commit fraud, or offer illegal products or services;
- attack the platform, other users or third-party systems, attempt unauthorised access, or abuse resources (mining, DDoS and similar);
- try to bypass the platform's security or limit mechanisms, or try to access other users' projects or data;
- instruct the AI assistant to produce any of the above.
If these rules are breached, we may suspend, restrict or close the project or account, without prior notice where the seriousness of the breach or the risk involved requires it. We comply with requests from competent authorities.
5. Content and intellectual property
- The rights in the content and code in your projects belong to you, subject to the rights of third parties. To enable us to provide the Service, you grant us a limited permission to host, back up and process your content and, for the AI features, to send it to the relevant providers.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content and for making sure it does not infringe third-party rights. If you process personal data in your projects, complying with the applicable law (notices, legal basis, security) is your responsibility.
- The platform's software, interface, brand and other elements belong to the Company; these terms do not give you any ownership of them.
6. AI outputs
Code, text and suggestions produced by the AI assistant may be wrong, incomplete, contain security vulnerabilities or conflict with third-party rights. It is your responsibility to review and test outputs before you publish or rely on them. The assistant works on your instructions and with your permissions; you are responsible for changes that result from your instructions. The prompts you write and the related project content are sent to AI providers so that a reply can be produced (details: Privacy Policy).
7. Credits and usage
Use of the AI features is deducted from the credits in your account. The initial and periodic credit amounts and the way credits are calculated are set by the administrator and may change. Credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred, and are deleted when the account is closed. If your credit balance is insufficient, the related features cannot be used.
8. Availability and backups
We aim to provide the Service without interruption or errors but do not guarantee it; there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or unforeseen reasons. Automatic backups are taken and a limited number is kept; backups are a convenience, not a guarantee. We recommend that you keep your own backups of important data; you can download your data from your profile.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, the use of AI outputs, or interruptions in third-party systems. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (zero if no payment was made).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (including liability for intent or gross negligence, and for death or personal injury), or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
10. Suspension, termination and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your profile (a 7-day waiting period applies). We may suspend or close your account in case of a breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal obligation. When an account is deleted, your projects, databases and files are permanently deleted; records that must be kept for accounting and legal reasons are retained with personal fields removed (see the Privacy Policy).
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The effective date of the new version is shown at the top of the page. For material changes, you will be asked to confirm the new version the next time you sign in; if you do not accept it, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices at the Company's place of business have jurisdiction. If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, nor any right you have under those rules to bring proceedings in the courts of that country or to use the consumer dispute bodies available there.
13. Contact
