2. 1. Transfer of your prompts and project content to AI providers outside Turkey

So that the AI assistant can produce a reply, the following are sent to AI providers located outside Turkey: DeepSeek:

• the prompts you write to the assistant (including attached messages, files and images),
• the project content the assistant reads to carry out its task (files, database structure, memory records),
• your name, e-mail address or other personal data, if it appears in that content.

Recipients outside Turkey: DeepSeek (China), Cloudflare (USA) and Microlink, thum.io.

What you should know:

• Your data is processed on servers governed by the law of those countries, where the level of data protection may differ from that of your own country and where you may have fewer enforceable rights or remedies, and there may be no adequacy decision or other safeguard for the transfer.
• The providers' own privacy policies and data processing terms also apply; how long submitted content is kept by a provider depends on those terms.
• Please do not write passwords, secret keys or sensitive data (health, religion, biometric data and similar) into your prompts or projects.
• This consent is the basis for the transfer under GDPR Art. 49(1)(a) (explicit consent to a transfer) where no adequacy decision or other safeguard covers it, and it is required for the AI features to be provided; if you do not give it, sign-up cannot be completed. You can withdraw it at any time from your profile; withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of transfers made before it, but the AI features can then no longer be used (your rights to delete your account and download your data continue).

By ticking the box at sign-up you state that, on the basis of the information above, you consent freely and explicitly to this transfer.

3. 2. Marketing e-mails

You agree to receive e-mails with product news, updates, campaigns and announcements at your registered e-mail address.

• This consent is optional; not giving it does not affect your use of the service.
• It covers only commercial e-mails. E-mails needed for the operation of the service (verification, password reset, security and account notices) are not marketing and do not depend on this consent.
• You can withdraw it at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from your profile. Each marketing e-mail reminds you of this right.
• Your consent record (date, version, IP address and device information) is kept as evidence.

4. Withdrawing consent and contact

You can manage your consents in the "Privacy and data rights" section of your profile, or write to us through the request form / [Company information not yet entered]. It is as easy to withdraw consent as to give it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (GDPR Art. 7(3)).
